I was born with a passion for cooking that led me to start my career at a young age. At 16, I began my journey as a Chef in an authentic Italian restaurant. After honing my skills in that environment, I decided to expand my culinary horizons and worked in a French restaurant within a hotel for 2 years.
However, my love for Italian cuisine was always strong, so after my time in the French restaurant, I returned to the world of Italian cuisine at Quattro Gastronomia Italiana restaurant. I started as a cook but quickly rose to the position of Sous Chef due to my dedication and culinary skills.
Seeking new challenges and experiences, I ventured to Baja California Sur, where I assumed the role of Executive Chef at a renowned culinary establishment. With over 11 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have acquired a deep knowledge and exceptional skill in the kitchen, always striving to innovate and delight diners with every dish I prepare.
