Marisa Márquez
Restaurant Manager

Born and raised in Houston, Marisa had a passion for baking. At the age of 15 she got an internship at a bakery where she worked with an award-winning baker. She then was a pastry chef at a steakhouse where she became curious about guest experiences.

Later hosting, serving, and bartending during the pandemic, she developed her appreciation for guests and the connections that could be made. As a bartender her knowledge grew over the years at different restaurants while still fulfilling her itch for baking. At Zanti she has been able to advance into management and cant wait for the challenges it has to offer.
